Twitter rolling out advance notification filters that let you mute account you want ~ Android Knowledge

Good news for twitter users, twitter released a update that includes a new notification filters that allow you to mute those accounts you want to mute.

This feature allow you to use some advanced notification filters to mute those annoying accounts you don't want to see. Twitter added this feature to control the abuse, annoying and other issues that increasing rapidly on Twitter.

For user this feature go to settings, select Notification & select Advanced filter. In this option you find a lots of filters like -

Accounts that are new.
Accounts that don't follow you.
Accounts you don't follow.
Accounts who have a default profile photo.
Accounts with not confirmed their email.
Accounts with not confirmed phone number.

So, you can use this advance filter to mute unnecessary accounts. Remember that you aren't blocking people, you are only blocking their notifications. This is a good feature from Twitter and it may helpful for stopping unnecessary traffic on Twitter. For download the app click the download link given below.
