Google News & Weather new update comes with bottom navigation bar, cleaner drawer & more ~ Android Knowledge

Google News & Weather app is one of the most popular news & Weather app from Google. Now, Google going to release a new update for this app that contain some new features like bottom navigation bar, cleaner drawer and some UI changes.

The new Google News & Weather app comes with a bottom navigation bar, from there you can access all headlines, your local news & news you are interested. The last section called For You, that contain news based on your activity.

Now, you find all the news section into the homepage. Previously, you find this options in the sidebar menu. So, with this update you can easily access all the option directly from the homepage.

The Weather widget is moved to the new Local tab. Now, you can access weather from the local tab. The local & the For You tab is not too different.

So, this update is rolling out and available for all user very soon. But, if you want to use the app now, then click the download link given below.
