This is the last Developer Preview of Android O so, it comes with the final system behavior, a tons of bug fixes and performance improvements & you also see the final APIs with this.
So, if you have a device like Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel C, Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X or Nexus Player, you can try this update. You can flash it manually from here or you can wait for the OTA update that will available in few days. We will get more latest updates of this Android O Developer Preview 4 very soon after this rolled out properly.
